Whipped Cream

Fill four small bowls with warm or room-temperature dessert sauces for easy dipping.  Garnish four pieces of Eli’s Cuties, as desired. Pipe a dime-sized amount of whipped cream onto the tines of each dessert fork to help the cheesecake slice to adhere. Place each garnished cutie onto a fork (covering the whipped cream). Carefully balance each fork across a bowl of sauce and serve.

 

Cutie Brownie S’Mores Skewers

Eli’s Fudge Brownie Cuties
Large Marshmallows
Dessert sauces for dipping

Place Eli’s Fudge brownies (1″x1″ or 2″x2″ size) on a microwave-safe plate and microwave on HIGH for about 8 seconds or until just warm. Skewer warm brownies with wooden skewer, alternating with marshmallows, and lay flat on your work surface. Toast each marshmallow with torch until lightly browned. Serve immediately with dessert sauces for dipping.

Eli’s cuties are the perfect size for a small bite at the beginning or end of a meal. Here we’ve filled a Chinese soup spoon with caramel sauce and topped with one Eli’s 7-Layer Bar and a toasted pecan half. Add your favorite garnishes to any of Eli’s Cutie flavors – the possibilities are practically endless!

 

Cheesecake Shooters

Eli’s Cheesecake Cuties, any flavor
Fruit, nut, or ice cream
Liqueur or dessert sauce for finishing

An exciting dessert flight or a unique starter course. Simply place two Eli’s 1″x1″ Cuties (or one 2″x2″ Super Cutie cut in half ) into a shot glass, layered with your favorite fruits, nuts, ice cream, or garnishes, then top off with a shot of liqueur or dessert sauce. Try Champagne, strawberries and Original Plain Cheesecake (left); kiwi sauce, blueberries, and Original Plain (center); hot fudge, pecans, and Fudge Brownie (right).

 

Tira Mi Su Martini

Eli’s Tira Mi Su Tray
Fudge sauce
Coffee liqueur
Whipped Cream
Roasted Coffee beans
Chocolate shards or curls

Add 1 tbsp. fudge sauce to bottom of a martini glass. Cut one Eli’s Tira Mi Su slice in half diagonally to form a triangular piece. Place in martini glass and pour one shot of coffee liqueur over top of Tira Mi Su slice. Garnish with a rosette of whipped cream, chocolate shards, and 3 coffee beans.

Granulated sugar
Fresh fruit chunks or whole, fresh berries

Skewer fruit chunks and Cheesecake Cuties with wooden skewer and lay flat (crust side down) on your work surface. Sprinkle Eli’s Cuties with granulated sugar, about 1 tsp. on each piece. Brulée the top of each Cutie with small torch until sugar is melted and caramelized.

Skewer Eli’s Cheesecake Cuties with wooden skewer and lay flat (crust side down) on your work surface. Sprinkle Cuties with granulated sugar, about 1 tsp. on each piece. Brulée the top of each Cutie with small torch until sugar is melted and caramelized. Serve with a variety of dipping sauces. OR, dip each skewered cutie in chocolate for a decadent cheesecake lollipop!
